Any one any idea what this could be please... being charged USA data while in europe

have just spent several months in Europe but on my last bill was charged data usage from USA.  Having great dificulty getting them to sort it all out.

anyone else had the same problem

We see it time and time again with Ferries - There should be a sign on the ship warning you but we always advise turning data off and using wifi.
Take the £28, forget about it and move on but learn for next time wink

If there were warning signs on the ferries, the ferry company and the mobile networks wouldn't make any money. wink
