Does anyone know how i can stop the O2 customer service calls. I've asked them to stop calling and trying to upsell me something under the pretense that they are trying to save me money. I'm getting calls every day sometimes twice a day. I must be on there hit list. So sick of it. I think i may change supliers.

You can either block the number on your phone or ask for a number change (you are allowed 1 free change of number)

You can also report them via this route https://www.o2.co.uk/help/everything-else/digital-family/nuisance-calls-and-texts

Hope that helps and welcome to the forum Welcome

Thanks for the info. I'd forgotten about the Add to blacklist feature on my phone. Cheers

Do you have a URI to the relevant page? I can't find it.

. On the home page you will see this: Click on MORE then Contact preferences. You can untick them all and press save.
