How are we supposed to contact or speak to someone if all avenues of a customer service are on lockdown, I leave in the middle of no wear and my phone has been cut off, I don’t get paid till Monday due to the furlough scheme and wondering how I get extension on my payment if no one is even there to sort it out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I understand your anger but we are all customers like yourself. O2's staff are depleted due to Covid 19 and the rules on social distancing.
