Was the bill o2 or someone else?
If o2 then call customer services on the normal number.
If someone else then you would need to check with your bank.

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).

Hi @Ge, and sorry to hear you're having difficulties with your bill. Did you get a chance to contact Customer Services to discuss this, or made nay progress on the situation?
