Just wondering if any one else has had problems paying their account using an American Express card. When trying to pay my bill this month, I keep getting an unable to process payment message and to contact my bank, which I have done only to be told there is absolutely no problem with my card. 02 are unable to shed any light on this issue. I have always, up until now, paid using American Express with no problem.

something similar happened with my american express card one time.When i phoned them they said we love you to spend money with our card.Its the retailers fault!And so it was i got a new card and it was rejected!reatiler is usually at fault

02 told me that they haven't encountered this problem before. American Express told me that they know of other people have issues trying to make payments to 02. After about 10 phone calls to 02 and having to explain over and over again my problem I gave up and used another card. Quite ridiculous.

I know wat you mean,some customer service agents dont have a clue and others bend over backwards to help sort out the issues
