I pay monthly for Amazon prime 

Part 1

I looked when I was due and apparently you've  been billing me 3 times a month for Amazon prime. One ended July another ending 26 august. The other ended dunno when 

it looks like you need to refund charges

How do I renew my prime ending 26 august please

Sounds as if @CoparLuan didn't cancel Prime after their free Extra was finished? They would then be paying full price?

If you want to renew the FREE prime again, you need to upgrade, making sure that your upgrade includes Prime @CoparLuan
