Hello, last week I cancelled the Amazon prime add on as the free 3 months was almost up. It took me ages to do this as I couldn’t do it via Amazon but it was definitely switched off with the option to continue or not. I’ve just had this months bill through and I’ve been charged £8.99 for Amazon prime. Can you please refund me this as I went out of my way to cancel it. Many thanks Anna
