I'm trying to redeem my O2 extra but everytime I click redeem it doesn't do anything I've tried on different browser but still nothing can anyone help me please

still no lukcdont se why o2 offer these extras when you cant even redeem them custmer service said try friday

Go to My O2 to redeem your extra. You'll be able to redeem it through the 'Your extras' section under manage your account.

Hi I have tried this but when clicking the redeem now button it does nothing nothing loads nothing happens tried customer service but they can't due to error

I am experiencing the same issue. Whenever I click on the link to activate it I am directed to Amazon, then asked to log in. I log in and then it displays ‘activation error’.
