Amazon fire phone not connection to mobile data?

hey, just noticed that my amazon fire phone can't access mobile data and wondering if anyone knew why? ive turned the mobile data on and it won't work. really annoyed about it to be honest as i am paying for this service and cant use it.

After checking out issues relating to the Amazon Firephone it looks as if this could be a problem with your APN settings

Here is an link which shows how these can be reset on the Firephone using the O2 network. The link provides a picture display with the instructions
