@AnonymousDid you both take contracts? If one was payg then you weren't eligible for the vouchers

It's OK for the referrer to be on PAYG though.
In fact they don't even have to be an O2 customer.

Thank you for checking.... Still the terms and conditions are there for them to review. Additionally, many posts on the forum appear to have the same problem with Amazon vouchers.
