My wife recommended me to o2 5 months ago and we still haven't received our £50 Amazon vouchers. I'll call a few times and was told they would be sent but still nothing.

Unfortunately we can't help with that @Anonymous

You'll have to keep on to customer service or make a complaint until it's sorted.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

It's OK for the referrer to be on PAYG though.

In fact they don't even have to be an O2 customer.

Thank you for checking.... Still the terms and conditions are there for them to review. Additionally, many posts on the forum appear to have the same problem with Amazon vouchers.

My wife was already a pay monthly customer and she recommended me. I then took out a pay monthly contract. So no idea why we haven't received anything?

You should have done on the face of it.
Put a complaint in for investigation.
Try "Resolver" of the link I gave above.
