I've recepted 3 months free amazon video on my o2 app it says it up and running but how do I use it to get on Amazon video

Yes I got three months but cant seen to get amazon to work without them telling me I can have there one month free trail

If you already have the one month free Amazon trial you need to add the O2 code to your  account but you must use a different email address.

That's the problem they haven't given me a code they said they sent email with code but I never got it so asked to resend email so far nothing
