Can i keep my current sim tarriff when i upgrade?

If the same tariff is still available you can choose it again, but you must take one of the currently advertised tariffs, so if yours is no longer available, you cannot keep it unfortunately.

Unless you own the phone and are a sim only tariff then no you won't. With sim only you could just leave that tariff rolling on @Anonymous

If you want a new refresh phone but the same type of tariff check that there is one available & in your budget as the price will vary from phone to phone
