Am I unlocked

I rang up O2 to unlock my phone about 2 weeks ago and they said it would happen within a week.  I have heard nothing since.  How do I know if my phone has been unlocked or not?

Having an update of the thread, I clicked on the link to unlock my phone. 3 hrs later I got the unlock email 🙂

I phoned o2 this morning morning to unlock my iphone 4s since im getting a new phone today.The guy from o2 was very helpful,within 5 mins received a msg telling me my phone was unlocked and the guy phone up to let me know it has been done.Have to say it was pretty easy,was thinking it was going to be complicated.lol.
