Hi, I'm new to O2 & have just received my new iPad Air. I've been given a mobile number for it & am paying £21 a month for 25gb of data, plus £12 a month for the actual iPad. However, I haven't received a SIM card & therefor cannot connect to 4g.
My question is should I have received a SIM card? If not what am I paying £21 for & why have I been given a mobile number?
I also set up a spending cap when I created my account, thinking I would have 4g access, again what's the point of that if I can only use on WiFi?
Any help appreciated as I can't talk to anyone at O2 right now

How do I check that? When I take WiFi off I'm unable to connect online at all. I've checked data settings & itsshowing an o2 data sim. I'm so confused 🤦🏼♀️
