Am I eligible for a refund?

When I took out a contract for an iPhone 12 Pro, I paid a £140 deposit and I don’t think it went towards my first bills.

Does that mean I’m able to phone O2 and collect a refund?

Was this a deposit or a upfront cost of the handset?

If an upfront payments towards the handset then no.

If a Deposit it can only be refunded if you have paid the first 3 months bills ontime and you will need to call and request it, otherwise it will be used towards your bills

You will need to contact o2 on 202 from your handset
