Am I being throttled?

I’m having an issue with loading times. everything is loading very slowly - web pages take 20-30 seconds, video clips on social media take at least 2 minutes... I’m on 4G and have full signal.
Am I being throttled?

Sounds like congestion in your local area, which can happen at peak times..

If you drop down to 3G is the network any faster.

It may also be worth checking if there are any service issues in your local area by going to https://status.o2.co.uk
