Almost no signal for well over two weeks in IG7 - What is happening?

For a number of weeks there has been virtually no signal here. I checked the service status two weeks ago and got the message below. Tried again today and got the same message. Can someone from O2 PLEASE provide an update? What has happened and when can we expect this to be fixed???

You won't get any timeframe off O2. The fact that it's showing a fault means they are aware and will be working on it. Many things can effect the time taken depending on nature of fault, access to the mast etc....
