Allowances question on payg.

hi,

im on pasg sim i see in my allowances ive got 3000 texts and 1200 mins of calls 97mb of data

really not sure how this works how do you get these? as when the credit runs out, i  have to top up again and ive got the same allowances

You only get the allowance once a month on your "anniversary date".

Not all calls are included in your free minutes though. See here for conditions http://www.o2.co.uk/support/generalhelp/howdoi/specialnumbers

If you were just calling included numbers you should call CS on 4445 and ask them to check your account.

Your top up gives you the allowances which are valid for 1 month. After the month they finish and you top up again for more allowances.

hi there

still dont get it i had 3000 testx and 1200 mins this morning, i ran out of credit but i had to top up i thought i would be going into the  1200 mins but no i had to top up?
