Solved: Allowance

Just to clarify..... does my allowance start again each month or does it last the full year? I cannot find it written anywhere in my contract.

It's per billing cycle on a monthly basis so it resets each month.
You can check in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2
