All of a sudden no signal on iPhone 12 Pro Max

IPhone 12 Pro Max and lived in same location for years, other family members with same phone are fine, I have changed sims too. I had two days of no signal. Then since changing sim I get no signal then 1 bar thrn fine for a while.been 4 days. Cant make or receive calls at times. Apple don’t know o2 are washing their hands. Just don’t know what else to do. Can someone please help

You need to try your sim in another phone.

If it works in that, the phone is faulty, but, if you have 5g turned on and you're not in a 5g area, it can upset the signal, so chek and turn off 5g in the data settings first.
