I have a Pay Monthly O2 account for my iPhone and Apple Watch, and I also have Airtime Rewards. I made a claim of £10 towards my bill yet it did not get deducted. Does anybody know why?

I know for a fact that a spend cap or premium rate bar on the account will result in a fail when trying to apply AT rewards.
Other than that, you should check with customer services.
Message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or call on 202 or 0344 809 0202.

I contacted CS weeks ago and they told me they took out the bar so I do not think it could be that, thanks for trying though. Anyone can come with any other suggestions, please?
