i have been with 02 for a very long time i currently have 3 monthly contracts and 2 PAYG sims with them however i dont think that i am getting any airtime loyalty discounts discounts i have seen this advertised for each additional contract taken with them, all the above are under my02 is their a way i can see if i am recieving airtime discounts for the contracts i have there are no discounts on my bills
Your best bet is to call O2 as we have no access to your account,
Call 202 from your mobile or 0344 809 0202
If you have no access to a phone then use Skype to call 0800 032 1402

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.
Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.
8am is the best time to call
