Does anyone know how I go about cancelling my airtime due to the rise next year? The email says I have 30 days to cancel from now, and that is accessible via My o2. Cannot find it for the life of me. TIA

Call 202 and speak to customer services.

There is a specific option to cancel due to the recent changes.

iPhone 16 Pro Max (EE/O2)
Samsung S25U (Vodafone/Three).

@MrsE1985

The email also states

"

Contact us

Call us for free from your O2 mobile on 202 if you’re a Pay Monthly customer. Otherwise, it’s 0344 809 0202 from any other phone."

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Why is it so difficult to do this... Phoned 202 - the lady said there will be no termination charge when using the pac, but I will get a final bill for the device plan and then I have to phone Payment Management to arrange to keep paying device monthly... Chat said phone 202 and tell them to unlink the airtime from the device plan and get PAC code after and the lady doesnt have a clue... now being passed to a different department.

@CorGre Same story, happens every time. Seems pot luck if you get someone who knows what they are doing.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Ive had to raise a complaint... one of my numbers moved away today and the device that was supposed to continue monthly has also vanished. So my only assumption is that she messed up the PAC code that was supposed to kept the device monthly.

Unfortunately, if you have raised a complaint officially you may find no one from Customer Services will want to do anything.

That complaint may take up to 8 weeks

@ATree You can use social media to contact O2. Links in this guide.

Most numbers listed are either free from O2 or come out of allowance on other networks
