Good afternoon
My son recently moved to USA and I would like to know my options to continue to pay for the device plan but cancel my airtime plan for device number [personal details removed]
I know one of my other devices is up for renewal this year so is there something we can look at?

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

This is a public community of o2 customers.
Please edit out your phone number - click the little down arrow above the date/time you posted.
Unfortunately you cannot cancel an airtime plan while you have a balance on the device. You would need to pay the device off first.
If you have another number that is out of contract/passed the minimum term, you COULD move that number across to the plan linked to the phone, but you would then lose that number...
Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).
