I’m already an existing customer with 02, today I took out a new contract with 02 & got an I pad, thinking the contract I picked was for the I pad, this has now replaced my phones airtime plan, & now the phone can not receive calls. Do I need to take out another airtime plan for the phone?

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

or give them a call on 202  or 0344 809 0202

You need to talk to O2, @KerryAnn - social Media Team via Instagram or Facebook here should do:   https://www.o2.co.uk/abouto2/social-media

Hopefully they can address the mess without cutting you completely off!

You'll need to contact O2 on Monday (I don't think CS are open over the weekend), also, I hate to be picky but in future please READ what you're signing up for before putting pen to paper, not many people do these days for some mad reason?
