Aim not working

My new sim isn’t working and can’t make calls and it won’t set up to sim swap like you advised. Please can you get me back up and running on my new phone as I need to make calls

The SIM from your old phone should work in your new phone for now, @AshMarlow - the physical "combi" SIMs are physically configurable to fit most sizes of SIM card slot:

Then take a trip into an O2 Shop, with photo id, to get them to help get the new SIM working in the new phone, when you get a chance. Good luck!
