Please can someone post a contact number so I can speak to customer service?
Put my credit card details into age verification page, next page says payment not accepted. Didn't warn me it was going to try and take a payment or tell me how much it tried to take, extremely shady.
Cannot find any customer service information anywhere, no phone number no virtual assistant option nothing. Just sends me in circles on the community pages, absolutely maddening.
At this point I just want to speak to an agent and get a refund as this is ridiculous, had I realised how badly o2 have declined in both customer service and network and speeds since I last used them I'd never have bought the sim card or wasted money buying a plan for it.

If they were trying to take a payment it would probably have only been £1.00 just to verify the card was valid and then refunded.
