Good day. I took a new phone and contract with O2 last December 29, 2021.. apart from the upfront payment, they ask me to pay 550£ since they said my credit score is not enough. The O2 people assured me they will return the money after 3 months. It has been 3 months now. Is there any instances like that here? How long before they returned the money? Do i have to inform O2 about it? I forgot the exact term they use for those kind of extra payment. hopefully someone  can enlighten me. Thank you.

@WINCHZ

You need to ask O2 to return the money to your account.

You will get it refunded to your 4th bill providing you have paid the first 3 on time and in full.

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
Thanks
