@Anonymous You may be able to find what you're looking for by logging in to your My O2 page. If not you will need to call customer service on 202 from your mobile, which is a free call. This is a customer forum and no one here has access to any individual's accounts.

Adjustments are usually credits on your bill.
If you don't know or weren't expecting a credit, give CS a call on 202 and they can explain.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

It may be a credit from a previous P&G sim or if you paid a deposit when taking out a contract but as said, it's usually a credit but it can be a charge if you have upgraded tariff at all mid-month. If it shows as a minus, it's been credited to your account. No minus sign and it's a charge.
