Why am I paying O2 an adjustment charge of £2.70 per month, what's it for?

@AOR

We wouldn't know, sorry.

You'd have to call customer service Guide: How to find help & contact O2

My guess would be an offer you had that has expired but CS will confirm.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Are you sure it isn't minus £2.70 in which case it will be an existing offer you have.

Did you have a discounted tariff for 12 months?

After 12 months, the discount would be removed.

Normally that would be reflected in the tarff charge? It was for me as the bolt on for the loyalty discount was just removed and the tariff reverted to initial offer.
