How long does it take for your billing address to update? I'm trying to upgrade my phone but as my billing address is showing as my old address compared to my new address with the bank I believe this is why I am being refused. I updated it just under an hour ago but is still showing as wrong on the direct debit page

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
