I have a delivery of a new tablet coming today but I think o2 has my old address ? I have contacted o2 and DHL multiple times and neither have responded to me? 

My old address was [personal details removed].

I left this address in July 2017.

My current address is[personal details removed].

I have lived here for almost 3 years.

You'll need to call O2 on any of these numbers Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 

The best number to call on appears to be 0800 587 4005
