I have been with o2 for years and I have three lines, I recently tried to get another one for my son it’s easier for us as a family to have all our contracts in one place, got through the application and it was refused, the message said you have reached the maximum amount of lines, I have tried all day to speak to someone on chat and keep getting that chat bit thing that does not work! Anyone have any similar experience?

You wont get o2 to change there mind, as it is based on Internal business rules and also credit and affordability checks.
