They didn't to me when I added a tablet just before Christmas.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

They tell you they do, but if you've not had any payment issues with them, it's normally just internal score that's used.
