Hi. It looks like I have an additional charge for £24 upcoming in next months bill. Can you can explain what this is for as I haven’t been outside the EU and as far as I’m aware have stayed within my data allowance?? Thanks

This looks like something you’ll be able to do or check in the My O2 app. We have a guide to help with that if you’re unsure how to use it

Where about were you? Sometimes when you are near borders the phone roams into the neighbouring country that may be chargabe. EG Greece and Turkey
