Adding on my Extra

I've upgraded my phone and was offered to add an extra to my plan, I got the phone first and decided to pick one of the extra, the Disney + offer. However when I tap on it and agree terms and conditions I am met with "Sorry We haven’t been able to add your Extra. Let us help you directly, call us on 202 or start a webchat in the My O2 app or at www.o2.co.uk/contactus." I've tried calling on 202 but haven't gotten help on adding the extra, is there another way I can add on my Disney plus extra?
