I find it impossible to add my SIM only Pay Monthly number to My O2 account.
I have had the number for almost a year.
I have had instructions from India which must be 5 years old and do not apply to todays web site.
I have been told by India to go to the local O2 shop !!! £2.60 parking. Thanks.
I have tried a new MY O2 account - but website will not let me - same email address. ? ? ?
What should I do now?

best to ring 202 and get them to associate it for you explaining all the steps you have tried

Hi @Anonymous how are you doing with My O2 - did you manage to add the phone number to your account in the end? Let us know how you're getting on with it please.
