I don't see the button in MyO2.

Sign in to MyO2 and look in the my devices section, you can request it is added here.

You must have the latest iOS version (10.3)

follow the instructions I have just requested mine on my pay monthly account on the my o2 linked from the iphone request for wifi calling etc

4G calling is what O2 are calling VoLTE.
You can only have it as a package with wifi calling on iPhone 7 or 7+

And pay monthly customer. Unless you fit into all those brackets it ain't gonna work my friend.

Also, it's limited in area so check you're covered before you lose TuGo
