Adding NHS discount

I’ve refreshed my contract yesterday however when trying to apply NHS discount via 02 open it just says I can’t as it has been more than 28 days & subsequently uses my old contract start date. Any idea if this is usual & just takes time to allow you to apply? Thanks

Best time to call is 8 am.

Hi @Adele21,

 

You've got 28 days to add the discount and as @Bambino suggested, upgrades can take time to update and change over, typically 24 hours.

 

Try again once a full 24 hours has passed. If it doesn't work, feel free to call us on 202 slight_smile
