Adding NHS discount

I’ve refreshed my contract yesterday however when trying to apply NHS discount via 02 open it just says I can’t as it has been more than 28 days & subsequently uses my old contract start date. Any idea if this is usual & just takes time to allow you to apply? Thanks

@Adele21 The system may not have caught up with your renewal yet. Try again today. If you're still having an issue, call customer service on 202 from your mobile or 0800 032 1402.

Hi @Adele21,

You've got 28 days to add the discount and as @Bambino suggested, upgrades can take time to update and change over, typically 24 hours.

Try again once a full 24 hours has passed. If it doesn't work, feel free to call us on 202
