I have recently brought more data and its not there even tho they have text me to say it is there.

Check in My O2 although there have been problems which could also affect the text message normally sent.

Call customer service if you are unsure.

Some people were reporting earier that MyO2 wasn't showing data correctly - so it could be that, MyO2 has had a rough couple of days!
