Hi @Lizy.. You should really be using Direct Debit, but this Guide: How-to guide for My O2 might help get card details changed.
Bear in mind if you are on O2 Refresh tariff, you will need to pay both Device Plan and Airtime components every month manually using your stored Card details in the wallet section of MyO2.

Hi @Lizy
You need to go to MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 and find the section Manage my Details. You should be able to change it there.
If not, you need to contact O2
All numbers are in this guide
Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.
Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.
8am is the best time to call
Edited to add, if you do have a registered card in your wallet/account, then O2 need to change it (unless you have the option to 'add another card')
