I want to add a spending cap to a phone that I pay for, how do I go about this? The phone in question with number xxxxx xxxxxx is not on my O2 on here and I have no way of accessing it. The phone belongs to an ex friends daughter and since her mother and I fell out I have found the bills are getting higher and I want to cap them as now I am getting no money towards the phone bill. Can you help?

Hey,
You need to contact o2 on 202 or 0344 809 0202 and ask them to add the cap to the account, and add a premium rate and a charge to bill bar on the phone.
You can also try messaging O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
