Hi my wife is now out of contact with her network provider.

can I add another phone to my profile with the same package ?

You can add one if you pass the credit and affordability checks, and there are no guarantees. 

With regards to the package, you can only add what is available at the time you place the order.  All deals are available on the o2 store, or pop into a retail store you can message the Sales Team
