Hello. Just got a NANO Sim from the O2 shop PAYG. can't figure out how to activate it. I don't have a number it want to use it in a separate phone (android phone) It's showing (emergency service only) Tried going to top up online and sending txt to 20202 neither worked. How do I get a number for this sim and activate it on PAYG.

Thanks for your time. Colin

If asking instore for a usual payg sim they will Typically insist you top up £10 on it so have some cash or a card at hand.

The contract and PAYG sims also hold different information as the message centre numbers and apn's are different.

If you're lucky - It will be quicker to go in store though.
