Hello.

Under my previous company I could access from the browser and the app the bars that I wanted to have or that I already had. Anything from premium calls bars to barring incoming calls of various kinds etc. I did not even know how many they are. How can I now know which ones I have activated or not? Only by calling customer services?

@durutti

Unfortunately, O2 aren't quite as advanced as Vodafone in that area.

There are various bars you can apply via CS which are mentioned here Guide: Tips to avoid unexpected charges on your bill

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
