I recently activated Volt and had an upgrade applied to both broadband speed and double data. I've since changed my mbile contract from 30 day rolling to 12 months sim only (same number and details) but the Volt upgrade hasn't been applied. How can I get this resolved please?

You will need to wait up to 14 days for the service to be reapplied as the change of contract will boot it off.
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
