I lost my phone, but thankfully it was found!! But when I received my new SIM card I put it in and nothing happened, so rang and they said they have activated it there end and to give it a few hours. This was yesterday and it still hasn’t activated!! So no calls or texts. Should I ring again??

Contact them again but it can take a while to update on the system.

Others have reported up to 7 days so keep pestering O2 until it's done.
