Itโ€™s been over 24 hours and my new replacement sim is still not activated? Is there something else I need to do other than keep turning my phone off and in like I was advised in store?! ๐Ÿ˜”

Was your new sim a replacement for one you lost?

If so there may be a bar on your account and customer services would need to lift the bar
